the staff were very nice and inviting. i appreciated their helpfulness.
the room door slammed shut every time i entered or exited. i worried about disturbing other guests especially late at night. also, the toilet door.

i found a train station very close by, providing easy access to central london. the staff was friendly. the room was clean. breakfast service offered a variety of options.

the staff demonstrated helpful service during breakfast (they were excellent!). i found customer service to be very professional. the hotel manager was cheerful and polite during my check-out process. (i liked that very much).

the staff were very polite and kind. the supervisor was always going round the table to ensure guests were happy with their meal. the room cleaning service happened daily. the breakfast had different options and all were hot.
the bed felt uncomfortable. it was more like a large single instead of a double. the doors in the hotel slammed shut, so my sleep was often interrupted. there was very low water pressure in the shower.

unwelcoming staffweak water pressure
The male reception staff seemed rather unwelcoming. They clearly need some retraining. i also noticed the shower water pressure was surprisingly weak. it was usable, but still not ideal for a hotel that wants to impress. the location is not great, it's behind some dirty alleys.
